Do I need experience?
No. We look at what you've done, coursework, student org projects, side projects. Curiosity counts more than a polished CV.
Is the internship paid?
Yes, all sun.rise internships are paid.
How long does it last?
Standard length is 3 months, with an option to extend.
Can I combine it with studies?
Yes, we agree on hours that work around your class schedule, exam sessions included.
Full-time or part-time?
Either, it depends on your availability. Some interns work full-time, others part-time alongside classes. We recruit on a rolling basis all year, so it's not tied to any particular season. We figure out what fits during the interview.
Do I need to speak Polish?
Not necessarily, our working languages are Polish and English, and most tracks run comfortably in English.
What's the interview like?
One relaxed conversation, 30-45 minutes, online or at our Warsaw office. No trick questions.
What happens after the internship?
Our best interns get an offer to stay. Either way, you'll leave with a real project for your portfolio.
When can I start?
We recruit on a rolling basis, apply anytime and we'll figure out a start date together.
