As we’ve just launched platform is for free for everyone. Early 2024 we will introduce a monetization program.

What are the payments methods available on sun.store

At sun.store you have the option to choose from a variety of payment methods such as:

Please note that wire transfers often come with fees, which can vary depending on the banks involved and the transfer amount. Due to the fact that wire transfer involve the movement of actual funds, they are generally irrevocable once initiated, meaning that once the funds are sent, they cannot be easily reversed.

How does the secure payment work?

Stripe is a payment platform that prioritizes security and reliability. By choosing Stripe as a payment provider you can be sure that your data are securely transmitted by them. That means Stripe is replacing customer data, such as bank details or credit/debit card information with a unique token. This token is used to perform the transaction securely, without exposing the payment information. Once the transaction is authorized Stripe processes the payment in real time.

Stripe provides additional advanced fraud detection algorithms to detect potential fraud activity.If the payment is successfully processed both parties seller and buyer receive the transaction confirmation. The customer order is then fulfilled and the merchant can proceed with the goods delivery.

What’s the cost of secure payment?

Sun.store reimburses Secure Payments fees charged by the Stripe platform. To receive the refund, you have to invoice sun.store sending an email on: [email protected] adding the details below:

How does PayPal payment work?

PayPal is a widely-used online payment platform, that enables individuals and businesses to send and receive payments securely over the internet.

To use PayPal you need to first:

– create a PayPal account, which involves providing personal information such as name, email address

– linking a bank account, credit or debit card account to the PayPal account for funding.

When making an online purchase and selecting this payment method, user is directly transfer into PayPal account where he needs to log in. After selecting the founding source and confirming the payment details PayPal securely processes the transaction. The funds are transferred to the recipient PayPal balance. Please note both the sender and recipient receive email notifications about the transaction details.

PayPal employs various security methods to protect user financial information and prevent unauthorized transactions.

What’s the cost of PayPal?

PayPal usually charges a fee for each transaction. The fee amount depends on factors such as:

• the transaction is domestic or international

• the type of transaction (purchase, sale or money transfer)

• the payment method used (credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal balance)

If you are a merchant accepting PayPal, you may also incur additional fees such as a processing fee for each transaction or a monthly subscription for PayPal business accounts

How can I find Stripe bank details?

If you would like to proceed with the secure wire transfer (payment by Stripe), wait until the order has been confirmed and the platform generates the payment order with the bank account details.

There you can find the dedicated bank account number for this transaction. It is shown on the left side of the document.

Please be aware that for every single transaction, one bank account no. is generated.

How to refund clients using Stripe?

Go to the Stripe website and log into your account.

On the left side of the screen select the payments category.

This will take you to the page listening to all transactions.

Select the transaction you wish to refund, this will take you to the transaction details page.

On the right side of the screen, you will find the “refund” button. Click on it.

Verify if the amount shown is correct, if all the details are accurate confirm the refund.

The refunded amount will be credited to the recipient’s account within a few working days.
