How much does it cost to sell on sun.store?

As of September 16th, 2024, sun.store will introduce commission fees on all transactions performed on the platform.

The commission fee will vary based on factors such as:

• the transaction value
• product category
• payment method.

How can I settle the commission fee?

If the buyer chooses to pay via the secure payment method (Stripe)

The commission fee will be automatically deducted from the total amount transferred to you from the seller’s Stripe account.

You will receive an invoice for a commission paid for each order.

If the buyer chooses to pay via wire transfer/PayPal

If the buyer pays by wire transfer, sun.store will send you a monthly invoice detailing the total commission amount due.

Sellers will have 14 days to pay the invoice to the provided bank account.

Please note that the minimum monthly fee for every seller is €5.

You can always check the status of your commission by clicking on “Invoices and fees” tab.
