How can I buy a product?
sun.store is a marketplace for professional sellers and buyers from PV industry. To make any purchases on our website you need to first register your account by adding your company information. Since your account is successfully registered you can start your purchasing process.
Choose desired product by clicking on the “offer page” button and selecting the “buy now” button.
If you need additional information you can always contact the seller directly by clicking into “chat with the seller” button.
If you are interested in registering, please contact us and we will forward your details to one of our Business Development Managers who is responsible for your region. We are more than happy to assist you with the registration and onboarding process.
How do I start negotiations with a seller?
To start negotiations for an offer, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Offer Page: Browse and select the offer you are interested in.
- Click on “Chat with Seller”: You will find this button on the offer page. By clicking on it, you will initiate the negotiation process.
- Fill in Quantity and Delivery Details:
- Quantity: Indicate the desired quantity you wish to order.
- Delivery Address: Ensure you input a correct and detailed address for accurate delivery estimations.
- Add a Custom Message (Optional): If you want to communicate specific details or requests to the seller, you can add a custom message.
- Start the Negotiation: Once you’ve filled out the necessary information, click the “Send Inquiry” button.
- Negotiation Chat Opens: After sending the inquiry, a negotiations chat will automatically open. Here, you’ll find an auto message outlining the product summary and the terms you’ve requested.
From this point on, you can communicate directly with the seller in the negotiations chat until both parties come to an agreement.

Is VAT included in the product price?
The prices are net and VAT is not included. During the check-out we estimate the VAT based on the information provided, but it can only be confirmed by the seller.
Can I negotiate with multiple Sellers at once?
Absolutely! If you’re interested in negotiating terms with multiple sellers, here’s how you can easily manage it:
- Initiate Multiple Negotiations: Browse through the offers you’re interested in and click the “Negotiate terms” button for each respective offer.
- View Active Negotiations: All your active negotiations will be conveniently listed under the Cart view. This gives you a centralized place to track and manage all your ongoing negotiations.
- Accessing Active Negotiations: To view and manage your active negotiations, simply click on the Cart icon located in the top navigation of the website.
By following the above steps, you can seamlessly start and manage negotiations with multiple sellers at once.
