We don’t allow just anyone to sell on our platform.

To maintain high-quality standards and protect both buyers and the reputation of our ecosystem, every company that wants to sell on sun.store must go through a structured onboarding and verification process.

Key steps in our vetting procedure:

Onboarding & platform training:
All approved sellers go through an onboarding session where we show them how to upload products, respond to inquiries, manage stock, and interact with buyers efficiently.

Background check via Dun & Bradstreet (D&B):
We screen every seller’s financial and operational profile using D&B’s global business database – one of the most trusted commercial risk assessment tools in the world.

Scoring & payment logic:
Sellers with high D&B scores may offer Wire Transfers as a payment method. For those with limited or lower credit profiles, we ensure security through our Secure Payment method (an escrow-like system that holds funds until delivery is confirmed).

• Verified Seller – Every seller on sun.store is verified, but this badge marks their successful completion of onboarding and acceptance into our ecosystem.
• Trusted Seller – Awarded to sellers who maintain high responsiveness, accurate listings, and strong customer satisfaction over time.
• Super Seller – Our highest badge, reserved for top performers who go above and beyond in every aspect of their activity. Super Sellers typically have a proven sales record, low dispute rate, and fast response time.

These badges are displayed on seller profiles and product listings – so you can easily identify who’s earned our top marks.
