How can I delete my account?
If you are considering deleting your account on sun.store follow these steps:
Send an email to our support team at [email protected] and provide us with your account details associated with your account at sun.store. Once your account has been successfully deleted you will receive a final confirmation from the support team.
Please note deleting your account is irreversible, so please ensure you back up all of your important data and information.
You will no longer have access to any past purchase history.
How can I accept the offer from the seller?
To proceed with the transaction, the seller needs to finalize and add the shipping cost to it.
· Wait for the seller to add the cost of the shipment.
· Once the shipping cost is provided, you can either accept it or reject the offer.
You will be notified about any change added to the transaction.

Why can’t I add items to my shopping basket?
Sometimes “add to the basket” or ”buy” are greyed out indicating that these options are unavailable for this specific seller or offer.
In this case, you need to contact the seller directly regarding the purchasing request by clicking on “chat with the seller” button.
The other reason why, there is no option to add the product to the basket might be that, this product is currently out of stock and you need to contact the seller directly regarding its availability.
